Triad Plastic Ordering, Shipping, Terms and Conditions
Orders from on-hand stock will be picked and staged for shipping within 24 hours.
Special orders shipment is based on the availability and shipping services of the manufacturer. Customer Service can provide approximate timing.
The following shipping services are available:
- United Parcel Service
- Federal Express
- US Postal Service
- Motor Freight/LTL
Orders shipped from Triad's Winston-Salem North Carolina facility are FOB Winston-Salem. Special orders are shipped FOB the manufacturer's facility. |
- Prices are subject to change without notice.
- Prices quoted by Customer service are net and are firm for 30 days from the date of the quote.
- Discounts may be available for high volume orders.
- Taxes, shipping, cutting and other costs are available from Customer Service.
Triad Plastic welcomes the opportunity to bid on large orders for plastic components or materials. Pricing, terms and conditions are included in our bid documentation.
Custom fabrication prices are quoted on an individual order basis.

Payment Terms | Payment Terms
- Billable - Net 30 Days from the date of the invoice. A fee of 1.5% per month will be charged to past-due balances.
- $25 minimum billing.
- Please contact Customer Service to open an account
- Credit cards accepted. VISA, MasterCard. No minimum order.

Returns/Cancellations | RETURNS
- All returns must be pre-approved.
- No returns accepted after 30 days from the date of shipment.
- Special order returns are subject to the policies of the manufacturer.
- All returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee, plus the costs of repackaging.
- Returns of cut, or otherwise altered product are not accepted.
- Contact Customer Service for a return authorization
CANCELLATIONS
- Orders of stock items not yet picked or prepared for shipment can be canceled at any time.
- Orders picked/staged for shipment and canceled are subject to costs incurred and restocking fees.
- Special order cancellations are subject to the policies of the manufacturer.

| All products are warranted by the manufacturers only. Triad Plastic Supply, Inc. provides no warranty for specifications, tolerances, suitability for the application, fit or any other aspect of the product. If the product is defective or fails, Triad Plastic's liability shall not exceed the cost of the product when purchased by the customer from Triad Plastic. |
